The Guangzhou Rams
Hailing from South China’s first tier mega-city, the Guangzhou Rams RFC (GZ Rams) are an amateur rugby club based in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. The GZ Rams have been an active rugby club for 26 years (established in 1997) and have a strong reputation in China Rugby.
With the growth of Rugby Union in China now rapidly on the rise now with the inclusion of 7’s into the Olympics.
The GZ Rams are multi cultural club the balances the leadership and culture of foreign players with local domestic players in attempt to grow the sport and continue to develop local and junior rugby.
The GZ Rams actively engaging with the community with its active junior rugby and touch football programs.
Mission Statement
The Guangzhou Rams RFC (GZ Rams) mission is to increase participation and awareness of our great game while fostering a winning culture and the pursuit of greatness in our amateur rugby club.
We strive to govern the game for the prosperity of all Guangzhou Rams RFC stakeholders and effectively manage and deliver the many values, sportsmanship and culture rugby holds.
The Guangzhou Rams RFC aims to grow and continue to support rugby awareness throughout schools, juniors and womens rugby.
