Keep fit by getting down to our bootcamp every Tuesday Night!

The Guangzhou Rams RFC provide a fitness bootcamp for the local community for a very affordable 10rmb for the session. It is held down near the river looking across to the Canton Tower. The closest metro station is Haxinsha which is on the APM line.
